Subscription Terms

These terms govern the paid Premium and Ultimate plans on Flightor.com. The free plan is covered by the general terms of use. By paying for a subscription you agree to what follows.

1. Who you are contracting with

Mango Rocks s.r.o., Company ID 07834829, E. Beneše 609/7, 370 06 České Budějovice, Česká republika.
E-mail: info@flightor.com · Phone: +420 773 593 693

2. What the subscription gives you

Flightor watches flight deals and alerts you by e-mail and browser notification when one matches a route you set up. A paid plan raises how many routes you can watch, how broadly you can define them, and how many alerts a day we send.

Plan Watchdogs Price per month Price per year
Free 3 free free
Premium 10 3 € 30 €
Ultimate unlimited 10 € 100 €

Prices are final amounts including VAT where VAT applies. The exact scope of each plan is described on your profile page and may be extended over time; we will not reduce what a plan includes during a period you have already paid for.

3. How the contract is made

You choose a plan and billing period in your profile and complete the payment. The contract comes into force once the payment is confirmed; we then send you a confirmation by e-mail. The contract is concluded in the language of the website you used and we store it electronically.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never see or store your full card number. A tax document for each payment is available in the billing portal linked from your profile.

5. Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly for a monthly plan, yearly for a yearly plan — and the price is charged to the card you used, until you cancel. We notify you by e-mail if a payment fails or your card is about to expire.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal linked from your profile, with no notice period and no fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the remainder of that period.

7. Your right to withdraw within 14 days

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. To do so, write to us at the e-mail address above; a plain statement that you are withdrawing is enough.

Because the service is digital content supplied immediately, you explicitly ask us to start providing it before the 14-day period ends when you complete the payment, and you acknowledge that by doing so you lose the right to withdraw once we have fully provided the service. For the part of the period already used we are entitled to a proportionate payment.

8. Refunds

If we withdraw a paid plan, fail to provide the service for a prolonged period, or you withdraw within the 14 days described above, we refund the corresponding amount to the same payment method, normally within 14 days. We do not refund an unused part of a period you cancelled yourself.

9. Changing prices and plans

We may change prices and the scope of plans. We will tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and the new price only applies from your next billing period. If you do not agree with the change, cancel before that period starts.

10. What happens to your watchdogs

While you have a paid plan, watchdogs without a set travel window do not expire. When the subscription ends, your watchdogs are not deleted — they keep running, but from that moment the free plan limits apply: you cannot add new ones beyond the limit, and watchdogs without a travel window expire after 90 days. A watchdog with a travel window always ends with that window, on any plan.

11. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor that a deal matching your watchdog will appear, nor that a deal is still bookable at the stated price — the deals come from third-party websites and we do not sell the tickets. We are not liable for the content, availability or pricing of those third-party offers. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

13. Complaints and disputes

Write to us first — most things are resolved in a single e-mail. If we cannot agree, you may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, or use the EU online dispute resolution platform. The contract is governed by Czech law.

14. Validity

These terms are effective from 1. 11. 2026. A change to the terms applies from your next billing period; we will tell you by e-mail in advance.
